Description

     The Practical interior “Neomatt Plus” emulsion paint is a hydro-soluble dispersion product, based on Latex acrylic polymers, specific additives and fillers, for finishing the interior surfaces, with high degree of white, good adherence to the support and matted aspect. Although cheap, given a proper preparation of the surface, this type of paint provides a very good covering, with high efficiency and excellent film. It is very easy to apply and it is fabricated in any color according to the NCS color card, or it can be colored later with pastes coloring.

     The Practical interior “Neomatt Plus” emulsion paint is intended for protection and finishing the interior surfaces of industrial and civil buildings, new or old, walls and ceilings of different structures.

     This type of emulsion paint is not indicated for areas directly exposed to excess dirt, dust, fats or steam, or for areas with excessive moisture. It is recommended for areas with average circulation and exposure, both for civil and industrial buildings.

     It is used as final layer for covering the following types of mineral based surfaces: concrete, masonry, lime and cement plaster, lime or gypsum plasters and polishing plaster coats, new or old plaster based on binding material, gypsum board, absorbent mineral conglomerates of any type, old organic or mineral paintings, dry, compact and absorbent paintings.

     It can also be successfully used on other surfaces such as: OSB, MDF, PAL, ply, panel, linen, carton, asbestos cement, expanded polystyrene.

     Areas affected by mold or fungi will be cleaned with  “Emex” Forte Sanitizer., and will be covered with “Neomatt Eco” Economic Primer.

     For achieving a superior painting, for the application it is recommended to previously use “Emex” Pore Equalization and Filling Base Coat.

     Mandatory, prior to applying paint, new surfaces will be prepared with “Emex” Wall primer or “Emex” Anti mold primer.
