    The “Emex” Chlorinated rubber primer for floors is a monocomponent, professional product, based on chlorinated rubber emulsions, plasticizers, pigments, special additives and solvents. The product, characterized by excellent adherence to the support, stability and excellent resistance to weighted aggressive chemical environments, acidic or alkaline, resistance to water, temperature variations, wear and abrasion, etc. is intended for preparing the concrete surfaces, such as pools or paving, for covering with Chlorinated rubber Paint.

Utilization Domains

     The “Emex”Chlorinated rubber primer for floors is intended for professional use for preparing the concrete surfaces, especially for paving or pools or industrial warehouses, in order to subsequently cover them with Chlorinated rubber paints, both in indoor and outdoor conditions.

     Being in system with the “Emex”CHLORINATED RUBBER PAINT FOR PAVING this product is sanitary approved and is recommended for special conditions of hygiene such as: hospitals, laboratories, canteens, restaurants, etc., according to the requirements of European standards..

     For the correct preparation of the surface is recommended the removal of any traces of paints by application of an “Emex CM Cleaner”, or an “Emex PC ECO” followed by mechanically cleaning, roughening and removal of dust.

     The product is recommended for pools and paving, any other mosaic surfaces, concrete, cement self-leveling screeds, founded cement tiles, mineral screeds with or without self-leveling and other mineral surfaces previously tested requiring both protection from traffic, infiltration, moisture or even water, but also a superior aspect.

     The “Emex”Chlorinated rubber primer for floors may be applied by rolling, brushing or spraying with air or air-less. It will not be applied in thick layers, or with a drawer.

     The dilution will be done with “Emex”Diluent for Chlorinated rubber paints.
