Description

    The “Emex” Polyurethane Priming Base Coat for Flooring, (also called Polyurethane Primer) is a professional product based on polyurethane resins without solvent and special additives that interlaces with the polyisocyanates as hardener. The product is characterized by exceptional adherence to the support, resistance and great stability in aggressive chemical environments, acidic or alkaline, high temperature variations, exceptional resistance to wear and abrasion, etc. It is intended for preparing the surfaces prior to application the paints or polyurethane paving.

It is used with excellent results for preparing of all paving that require a superior protection against different factors, from friction and mechanically wear exposure to aggressive chemical environments, the presence of hydrocarbons, etc.

      Being in system with the “Emex”Bicomponent Polyurethane Pavingand with polyurethane Paint, this product is also sanitary approved and recommended for special conditions of hygiene such as: laboratories, restaurants, canteens, hospitals, etc., according to the requirements of European standards..

     For the correct preparation of the surfaces is required the profound degreasing and cleaning with mechanical ravels for removing any spot or traces of contaminants and roughening of the support.

     It is recommended for preparing the concrete paving prior to the “Emex”PolyUrethane Paint for Paving, a “Emex”Polyurethane Self-Leveling Paving, or “Emex”Skidproof Polyurethane Paving.
