Description

     The “Emex Multicolor” Bicomponent Epoxy Paving is a professional product, based on epoxy resins without solvents, available in an wide range of patterns achieved by the distribution of colored plaques (chips, disks or flakes), with different colors on the raw paving surface. The paving is varnished at the end. The product has an agreeable aspect, ideal for intense traffic surfaces stopping and successfully protecting the surfaces against scratching. The epoxy base can be fabricated in a wide range of RAL colors.

     The “Emex Multicolor” Bicomponent Epoxy Paving is intended for professional use for protecting and decorating the concrete paving in order to achieve a great aspect, given by the colored micro plaques and an excellent and lasting resistance characteristics.

     It is used with excellent results on all paving that require a special display, but also a superior protection against aggressive factors, from friction and mechanically wear, to exposure to strong chemical aggressive areas, the presence of hydrocarbons or chemical compounds.

     The epoxy self-leveling paving is sanitary approved and is recommended for special conditions of hygiene according to the requirements of European standards..

     For the correct preparation of the surfaces is required the mechanical cleaning for removing any spot or traces of contaminants and covering with “Emex” EMEX Epoxy Impregnation Base Coat. The application is made by founding and stretching with ravels, by venting with needle rollers and application of the colored plaques, followed by the final varnishing.

     The Epoxy Decorative Paving is used for executing interior paving, “high solid” type, with self-leveling and special final aspect, in areas with intense traffic and/or for protection, such as: plant yards, motor services, processing and packaging rooms for meat or milk, industrial warehouses, exhibitions, show-rooms, hospitals, laboratories, schools, restaurants kitchens, canteens, bakeries, garages etc.
