Description

     The Alloprene “Emex” Paint is a monocomponent, professional product based on chlorinated rubber emulsions (Clortex, Pergamon, Alopren type), pigments, additives, plasticizers and specific solvents. The product, highly resistant to both water and friction has as main destination the use for covering the interior of the concrete pools or basins, and the metal surfaces, concrete or wood, either for protection or just for marking. The Alloprene “Emex” paint can be colored in any shade of the RAL color card.

Utilization Domains

     The Alloprene “Emex” Paint is intended for professional use to protect and decorate surfaces of concrete, metal or wood, new or that have been painted with other compatible coatings, both in indoor conditions, as outdoor. It is recommended especially for pools.

     It is used with very good results on any surface that requires an intense protection against different factors, from weather to exposure on aggressive chemical environments. For proper preparation of the surface is recommended mechanical cleaning and previously priming with “Emex” anti corrosive chlorinated rubber base coat or “Emex” alloprane impregnation base coat for non metallic surfaces.It is not recommended for galvanized sheet..

     The product is recommended for: - surfaces of steel, frames and metallic racks, grills, railings, metal furniture, other metal surfaces that require a superior protection, car body parts or equipment, pieces or sections of the ships;- pools or concrete basins, masonry, lime or gypsum plasters and polishing plaster coats, new or old plaster based on binding material, gypsum board, absorbent mineral conglomerates of any type - OSB, ply, panel, linen, cardboard, asbestos cement, any wood surface, properly prepared.

    Chlorinated rubber paint may be applied by brush, spray or roller. The diluting will be done with “Emex” Diluent for Chlorinated rubber paints.
