Description

     The “Emex LQ” Expanded Waterproof Polyurethane Membrane is a professional product based on acrylic polyoils, pigments and special additives, that uses polyisocyanates as hardener, with addition of hard inflation materials. It is a kind of founded paving, expandable by impact, ideal for outdoor use for waterproofing on the very long term in heavy traffic conditions or exposure to mechanical shocks. The “EMEX” Impermeable Membrane can be colored in RAL colors.

     The “Emex” Polyurethane Waterproof Membrane is intended for professional use, especially for exterior, for waterproofing on long term the concrete surfaces or composite materials with mineral base, exposed to intense traffic conditions or mechanically shocks.

     It is used with excellent results on any other surfaces that require a good protection against infiltrations, but also for the ones that require a display and a special aspect, but also protection against intense traffic.

     The EMEX Waterproofing Polyurethane Membrane is sanitary approved and is recommended also for special conditions of hygiene such as: laboratories, restaurants, canteens, hospitals, etc., according to the requirements of European standards..

     For the correct preparation of the surfaces is required the mechanical cleaning for removing any spot or traces of contaminants, especially fats, and covering with “Emex” Polyurethane Impregnation Base Coat. The application is made by founding and stretching with ravels, followed by venting with needle rollers. The layer of inflated material is immediately applied and then it proceeds to its expansion.

     This type of Polyurethane Impermeable Membrane can be used for civil and industrial constructions, for terraces, exterior stairs, basins, pools, swimming pools, alleys, cycle paths, etc., considering that besides the high power of waterproofing, this kind of flooring is totally skidproof, which stands out due to the grained aspect of the film.
