Description

     The “Emex Quartz Dekor” decorative plaster is a professional product, based on acryl-styrene copolymers, additives and fillers, with addition of quartz and marble grains of different sizes intended for superior decorative finishing plasters, with final aspect of bark. It has a very good adhesion to the support and high resistance to weather without affecting the aspect. It contains last generation ecologic biocides, which gives a good resistance to fungi and molds. It is fabricated in any shade according to the NCS color card, or it can be colored with coloring paste.

Utilization Domains

     The “Emex Quartz Dekor” Structured Decorative Acryl Plaster is intended for protection and covering the exterior surfaces of civil and industrial buildings, new or old, taking into account the achieving of special visual effects. Click for example.

     This type of plaster is most commonly used, with good performance at an excellent price performance ratio. It is a resistant plaster even for areas exposed to excess dirt, fats, moisture, etc., without any geographical limitations (eg mountainous areas or areas exposed to salt fog). It contains under creeps that do not allow the penetration of the water in the support.

     Although in general are used modern cement plasters as a substrate, for application are agreed most of surfaces with mineral base: concrete, masonry, lime and cement plaster, lime or gypsum plasters and polishing plaster coats, new or old plaster based on binding material, gypsum board, absorbent mineral conglomerates of any type, old organic or mineral paintings, dry, compact and absorbent paintings, asbestos cement.

     The surfaces will be mandatory primed with Base coat with quartz for priming for “EMEX” plasters, which has a complementary role to create anchor points for increasing the adhesion of plaster to the support.

     In case of areas affected by molds or fungi, they will be treated with “Emex” Forte Sanitizer.

     It will also be applied a first layer “Emex” superwashable exterior paint, as background layer.
