“EMEX” SILICONE DECORATIVE PLASTER

Description

     The “Emex” Silicone Decorative Plaster is a professional product, based on acrylic and silicone resins, specific additives and fillers, with addition of quartz and marble grains of different sizes, intended for superior decorative finishing plasters, with striated, matted final aspect. It has an exceptional adherence, high resistance and does not allow dirt to adhere to the support. It contains last generation ecologic biocides, which gives a good resistance to fungi and molds. It is fabricated in any shade according to the NCS color card, or it can be colored with coloring paste.

Utilization Domains

     The “Emex” Silicone Decorative Plaster is intended for protection and covering the exterior surfaces of civil and industrial buildings, new or old, taking into account the achieving of special visual effects, but also a superior protection of the surface.

     This type of plaster is superior as performance nearly all other types, especially because it has a great elasticity, being recommended for new buildings, which still function, but also through its high resistance to dirt or other exposing factors (weather conditions, UV, etc.). It also contains under creeps that do not allow the penetration of the water in the support.

     Although in general are used modern cement plasters as a substrate, for application are agreed most of surfaces with mineral base: concrete, masonry, lime and cement plaster, lime or gypsum plasters and polishing plaster coats, new or old plaster based on binding material, gypsum board, absorbent mineral conglomerates of any type, old organic or mineral paintings, dry, compact and absorbent paintings, asbestos cement.

     The surfaces will be mandatory primed with Silicone Base coat for priming for “Emex” plasters, which has a complementary role to create anchor points for increasing the adhesion of this plaster to the support.

     In case of areas affected by mold or fungi, they will be treated with Forte “Emex” sanitizer.

     It will also be applied a first layer of “Emex” exterior silicone emulsion paint, as background layer.
