Description

    The “Emex” Adhesive Glue Type for Constructions is a plasticized additional product, based on polymers, extenders and additives for improving the adherence properties, binding and resistance to weather of the adhesives for Ceramic TileTile tile and faience for some products such as: lime, clay, mortars, etc. The product has high adherence to the support and high power of penetrating the support. In case of dampness or even old molds, on the support that will be used, it will previously use “Emex” FORTE Sanitizer ;.

Domenii de Utilizare

     The “Emex” Adhesive Glue Type for Constructions is used as filler for adhesives, plasters, mortars based on cement. It is also used for improving products as the washable lime, clay, etc., or for a correct dilution, even as a primer prior to applying emulsion paints, or for plasters preparation.

     This type of adhesive is compatible with the following types of surfaces with mineral base: concrete, masonry, lime-cement plasters, plaster and lime plasters or plaster, new or old plasters based on binding materials, gypsum boards, absorbent mineral conglomerates of any type, organic or mineral old paintings, dry, compact and absorbent paintings.

     It can be also successfully used on other surfaces such as OSB, MDF, PAL, ply, panel, linen, cardboard, asbestos cement, expanded polystyrene.

    The “Emex” Adhesive For Constructions, although it has as first use the improvement of the adhesives properties, mortars and cement joints due to its very good properties it can be used for binding different elements used in constructions (such as paneling, expanded polystyrene plates, etc.).

     If the adhesive is used for binding, it will ensure the preparation of the support prior to applying; the surfaces must be smooth, flat, dry, and resistant. You should bear in mind that the concrete containing additives such as: silicates, polyvinyl alcohol, waxes, etc.., can negatively affect the product adherence.
