Description

     The “Emex” Sound-proofing Paint is a professional product based on special copolymers, extenders, anti-corrosion inhibitors and efficient additives, with its primary purpose of achieving high quality sound isolations dand conferring resistance to inferior components of the vehicle against aggressive factors such as sand, salt, mud, etc., while ensuring the protection against corrosion. It is a cutting edge product without toxic compounds or asbestos, with excellent performances, far superior to similar products based on solvents.

Utilization Domains

     The “Emex” Whisperized Sound-proofing Paint, Paint is intended for professional use for protecting (sound-proofing) the inferior components of the body cars and for covering in order to protect and isolate phonically the metallic surfaces exposed to repeated mechanical stress (sand, gravel) or to corrosive agents such as: water, salt, mud, ice, organic agents used for preventing ice formation on roads.

     It is specifically used to: body cars and car parts or equipment, but it can be used on any metal surfaces: pipes, ducts, tanks, radiators, sheet metal, frames and metallic racks, grills, railings, metal furniture, metal mounting brackets, iron poles, scenes, beams, metal stands and canopies, even roofs, etc.

     Although it has a great power of anticorrosive protection this antiphon it is not applied on rusted surfaces. Thus, areas affected by corrosion will be previously cleaned with the “Emex Rust Stop” Solution for Removing the Rust and eventually covered with “Emex AQ Eco” Hydro-Soluble Anticorrosive Base Coat.

     The surfaces that have been painted will be cleaned with “Emex CM Cleaner” Remover, or with “Emex PC ECO” Ecological Remover.

     Beyond its main destination, the surfaces on which the EMEX Sound-Proofing Paint can be applied, has a wide range for all substrates of masonry, wood or metal, this type of paint having a high adherence on most surfaces.
